A refuge from the crowded beaches of Kuta, Blue Point Beach is a surfer’s paradise. Surrounded by steep cliffs, the constant crashing of the rolling waves against the granite rocks has resulted in magnificent landforms in the form of caverns formed by the beach that can be explored by foot. The secluded caverns provide many aesthetic photo opportunities and for those of you who seek thrill, many local vendors do provide private surfing lessons (avg. Rp. 200,000/pax) or rent out surfboards (avg. Rp. 100,000/hr) so you can explore the high tides of the Indian Ocean. The walk down may be steep, but the experience is definitely worth it.
